pacheco pass. witnesses say a truck blew a tire, then overturned after 3:00 this afternoon. one person transported to the hospital. two others had minor injuries. >> it happened on state route 152. >> and more breaking news in menlo park. a trailer carrying bags of concrete mix flipped and spilled it's road just over an hour ago the accident closed two lanes on northbound highway 101. >> that is causing a back up on the peninsula there. crews are helping clean up the mess it looks like lanes may be opened up shortly. >> police shot and killed a homicide suspect inside of a home in sunnyvale this morning. sky 7 hd was over that scene and officers, along with the s.w.a.t. team, were serving a search and arrest warrant stemming from a missing persons case that turned into a murder

convicted of second degree murder for a fatal car accident in 2012. he suffered a seizure when he plowed into a car. prosecutors say he had no business behind the wheel. his license had been suspended because he had been involved in seven car accidents he will be sentenced next month. >> the state supreme court ruled a picture from red light cameras is evidence to uphold a traffic tick yichlt a woman tried to fight a ticket arguing the picture amounted to here say evidence. in this case, the only witness from the state was an officer explaining how the camera system worked the court ruled the state doesn't have to show more evidence then other people introducing a picture or video in court. >> we're learning about super bowl 50 set for february, 2016 at new levis stadium. >> it's been a part of

it's nice away from the coastline if you don't like the fog. in the sierra, we're seeing thunderstorms just multiplying. so isolated to another slight chance from tahoe area, gorgeous view of the fog. 60 degrees in san francisco. 65 oakland. mid-70s in san jose. and here is why the coast remained on the cool side golden gate bridge surrounded by fog. temperatures mid to upper 50s but if you're in los gatos or antioch you made it up to the low 90s. 79 in novato. 87, livermore, here is another live picture of hazy skies. fog at the beaches and bay overnight tonight. cool, warm tomorrow and we're looking at hot conditions inland

this weekend. so if you have outdoor plans, some of you may have parties outside. just be aware of that. light sea breeze with wind flowing from high to low allowed us to see warm temperatures inland today but temperatures will peak on sunday. and that high pressure gets closer, taking a look at el nino. we started to see temperatures warming of the water there. this week, warming continues near equator. there is an 80% chance of el nino. we don't know what impact it woil have on our rainfall. if we had to strong el nino there would be a stronger signature. tomorrow morning upper 50s to
